Lovely kennels! We've been using tejaycey for many years and never had any problems our dog ruby loves it there

Visited with our pups Milo and Luna today for a look around and to meet Judy as it would be their first visit. Judy was absolutely delightful and so knowledgeable that any anxiety I had as a new owner disappeared almost instantly upon meeting her.

The kennels are so well maintained and the grounds were gorgeous, I know my pups are going to be in very good hands.

I was very impressed by these kennels very clean friendly owner and staff who put our dog and us at ease spacious kennels bed off the floor with covered runs. Lovely wooded walks for sniffs my dog was very happy when we picked her up best kennels I have seen.

I was always dubious about putting Max in kennels because he is a rescue dog, and I didn't want him to feel that we were abandoning him again. However (and it's a big however!) when we went to see the kennels and met Judy, all concerns were certainly reduced. She specifically asked us whether we wanted to visit the kennels before leaving him there, which we did, and it's an incredibly clean, lovely environment for dogs.

We have taken Max there quite a few times, and Judy, along with the staff that work there, know him well and treat him like a prince. When we last called to book him in, Judy's response was, “Why would we ever not want to see Max?”! When we drive to drop him off, he wags his tail and jumps up at whoever comes to collect him, which puts our minds at rest enormously. I couldn't recommend somewhere more.

I do get slightly upset that when Judy takes him to the kennels, he doesn't even look back at us, but that just goes to show how comfortable he is there. I could sing their praises for ages, but I'm sure you get the idea of what it's like…

From the moment I met you I was guided by how to make sure my two furry kids could have their first experience staying with her. I appreciated her guidance on everything to enjoy my hols worry free. From their clean warm indoor-outdoor accommodation away from larger dogs to their safe walks where my little girls would not be at risk from other dogs grouped together, to knowing that they were getting a gorgeous pamper with the groomer's when I was away getting some sun. Just a quick note to thank you for looking after Georgie and Bertie so well. They have come home so relaxed and happy. As you know I was very nervous about leaving them for the first time. This has made a big difference to us as we can start to plan breaks knowing that they will be well looked after.

I'm writing this short review but it is also informed by the excitement of our dog when we turn into the drive. He absolutely loves this place, and doesn't even pause to say goodbye. Located in a semi-rural setting with quiet lanes for walks. The place is spotless clean and well maintained. Time is spent understanding needs of your dog, and importantly the area is secure.

I've just picked up my German Shepherd after 3 weeks away and I can't praise Judy and her team enough. My dog is a rescue and I've only had her a few months and she has some foibles. Not only did Judy cope with them but improved her behaviour as well ! You can rest assured that your pet will be lavished with 5 * love and care while you're away.

Absolutely fantastic people, loving, caring thoughtful. The animals always come first here. No need to worry about your loving little four legged children while you're away. They will be well looked after.

Went into hospital at short notice and my dog was with them for this time, all I can say is wow.
First thing you see as you arrive is how well kept the place is, everywhere, the cattery on the left looks fantastic and a cat's stay must be comfortable, moving down the drive is the large office and ahead is the kennel block. At the office it's not the office that impressed it's the huge smile you get from Judy with Avi close by, it's infectious and the willingness to show you their facilities, the kennels and runs/play area which are huge they are so proud to show which adds to reasons why we would recommend 100% that my dog would be safely cared for while I went through my time getting well.
I will always take Diva there, they are doing this with joy first the (conversation from Judy is free flow and advice if wanted). Well done and thanks

Recently had our pets ( 2x Rottweilers, 1x German Shepherd and 2x Cats) in kennels for 2 weeks and could not be more happy with how they were looked after. Our rescue dogs have both been very happy at Tejaycey, Judy and her team do a wonderful job looking after our dog. Wouldn't go anywhere else and although they have had to raise their price, they are still extremely good value.

Just recently started using Tejaycey for both my dogs, they love it- and the personal attention and walks in the woods ! Highly recommended.

A fantastic set up. Judy saved the day by offering daycare to our two dogs on the hottest day of the year while we were camping near by. This allowed us to be doggy free to take the kids swimming. Judy was obliging and agreed to have them at very short notice while insisting we take as much time as we needed at no extra cost. Extremely reasonable pricing and a wonderful walking area for dogs as well as extremely large, clean kennels for the dogs with uv protection. Tejaycey even had a enchanted forest for dogs to be walked in… Our children got a free tour of it, which was the best part! Thank you for allowing us to have a great day! 👍

We stumbled across Judy after our kennels of 8 years closed. I've stayed in worse hotels then here, Jack was one lucky boy. they have a fantastic walking wood area that I wish I could walk round twice a day. another thing was I could see how happy jack was when they walked him out. he was jumping up them to give them a love. 5 out of 5

Always a warm welcome. Becky has done a fab. Job on grooming Poppy. Poppy is only 5months and second time she's been to be groomed at Teejaycey. Becky is very patient and takes her time so Poppy always has a really positive experience she comes back looking and smelling lovely. I really like the set up of the kennels and have booked Poppy in for, August when we go on holiday. Very friendly people.

I think the time has come to thank you both for all you did for me and Barney. Always willing to make yourselves available when needed. On a more personal note Judy, I have to thank you so much for your support when I had to let Barney go. I truly could not have done without you being there for me. Once more thank you both so much.

We've been using Tejaycey kennels for 3 years, they are so accommodating and we know our 2 ladies are safe and happy with them. Nothing is too much hassle for them and we can ring, usually last minute and they always take them. (We don't go away over the summer though, so can't vouch for their availability at this time). The dogs also get groomed by Becky and they come home gleaming and super soft. Cannot speak more highly. Thank you. Xxx

Great holiday home for the pooches. Excellent, friendly service, great facilities, nice and clean. They really do look after their guests. Nice, quiet location with an old orchard for walkies. FAB!

Took Harvey and Angus for a 2 week holiday back at beginning of, November 18. Wow! how it's changed and for the better! Fabulous kennels, so clean and quiet. The dogs were so calm. Our boys came back smelling lovely- usually have to bath them straight away. Not this time. The new owners have done wonders with the place. It was good to see that the owners are strict with how they handle dogs when arriving and leaving. Our boys were calm for once. Very happy- couldn't believe how well they looked. Would recommend them and will use them again. Thank you ladies.

Tejaycey look after all my dogs as if they were their own dogs. Dogs are happy and well fed when i collect them. Kennels are spacious and they have a lovely large play area and the dogs are walked. Kennels are set in a lovely environment with an orchard walkway. 5 stars

This weekend was our huskies first stay at the kennels, in preparation for a longer stay whilst we are on holiday so he can get to know his new friends and it is clear by his behaviour and excitement of giving Judy kisses before we left that he has thoroughly enjoyed his stay! My 4 dogs and 4 cats have been residents at TJC for 4 months after we relocated with them from Italy. I can not praise Judy and her team enough for the care and attention that they lavish on my pets. I was so worried about having my pets in kennels for such a long period of time but i needn't have been. All my pets are happy and healthy. If Judy has any concerns she rings me straight away. When i visit the kennels Judy makes me like a friend and not just a customer. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows. My pets love her. I can sleep at night knowing that all my babies are in safe, loving hands. I highly recommend TJC. Thanks everyone.

Our Dane Jackson goes to day care at TJC and our cats have stayed in the cattery. Fantastic kennels and cattery! Jackson has a wonderful time. He loves his walks and playing with the TJC team. Becky has given him a bath on a couple of occasions (which as you can imagine can't be easy with a 50kg + puppy). He always smells lovely and his coat is super shiny! Thank you for being brilliant!

Excellent care. We regularly leave our dogs (5) there and they are very well treated and cared for. Like home from home. Becky also does dog grooming and the results are very professional.

I took my 3 westies to Becky at Tejaycey Kennels to be groomed. They all went in looking very tatty and came out looking very smart. Not only did they look good, they were very happy, a sign they had been well looked after. I would highly recommend Becky if you need a dog groomer

In the interest of being honest and fair I am including a bad review we received. The lady called after 6:30 at night and could not call the next day as she wanted a place the next day overnight. She has never been to Tejaycey. When I tried to find out if her dog was vaccinated she said “yes” and then said in 2016. She obviously was not pleased that I said I could not accept her dog.

We have been using Tejaycey for almost 18months now, since we first got Lucy, and now with Skylar (Sky) too, and they both love being there! 🙂 We've now also used their grooming services twice, and Becky is absolutely great! The first time we were really happy with the job done, but weren't too keen on the aroma of the shampoo used. Second time we mentioned about the shampoo, and it turns out they've got a whole range to choose from! This time we got a dog back with a great job done once again, and a lovely smell to boot! Can't recommend Judy, Becky and the team enough!!!

We have been using TJC for our dogs holidays for a while now. Highly recommend them for doggie holidays and even more so the grooming services. Our dog always receives the warmest of welcomes and her needs are catered for. Best news we had was that they had started grooming services as well! Becky who does the grooming has done a brilliant job once again on our dog. We find the grooming service convenient for us when we send our dog on holiday as she is well looked after and comes home looking fantastic. Tejaycey were recommended to us and we have not been disappointed. The attention and care given by everyone are of the highest standard. The kennels and grounds are spacious; time is afforded to lead walking the dogs. It is clear to see how much Judy and staff enjoy their work which makes a great difference to the care of the animals.

I'm not very trusting after a bad experience with kennels ..and a much needed break for me and my family . but I found tejaycey on Facebook with great reviews so with my new little dog I thought I'd give them ago as Well as the grooming service ..considering my little Louie does not sit still for more than a minute they have done a fabulous job … i would highly recommend tejaycey kennels to anyone ..i won't be going any where else . My two young staffies have been to this delightful place several times and always come home bright and happy. Have recently started to use their pick up and delivery service, and cannot praise them enough for their promptness. Thankyou Judy, we shall soon be back.

Again its the holidays and my two cats need to go to their second home at TJC they both went straight into their baskets to leave for their holiday. The cats both share a large kennel with heated pads and lots of cuddles from the staff. They don't seem perturbed at all when they arrive and seem happy and healthy when I pick them up again usually after a weeks stay. I would recommend the cattery at TJC to anyone.

Kuzco goes two or three times a year for his holidays and is always well treated. Had Kuzco groomed for the first time and I am very pleased with the service, will use again. Thank you x

My Poodles have just spent a week at this wonderful kennels. I cannot recommend Tejaycey kennels more highly…it was like leaving my 4 poodles with friends. Daisy (my shy one) jumped on Becky's lap straight away (that says something doesn't it) Becky groomed my elderly Poodle…and what a great job she made of it too. Well, Just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to Judy & the team at TJC . Our girls Connie & Tilly just stayed for 3 weeks and finished off with a full grooming session with Becky before coming home. I advised that my dog can be antisocial when he chooses to be and apart from feeding him and cleaning the kennel it would almost be impossible to walk him as he does not take kindly to strangers. How wrong could I have been, the owners and staff and may I say in particular Dan dedicated so much of their time to my dog gaining his trust that for the first time ever in kennels he happily went on walks every day. I struggle daily to walk him as he pulls so hard and continually tries to grab at his lead that walking him is not a pleasure, well not anymore, not only did the staff manage to walk him they also broke his lead biting habit and I now have a dog who does not pull or grab the lead and happily walks alongside me. Would I recommend yes I most definitely would and have already done so.

My puppy cocker spaniel had her first visit to the grooming salon today and has come home a very happy, neat, tidy and pampered little girl! I recommend this new service and puppy seemed to love Becky!

The new owners are doing a brilliant job and taken things up a notch or two since they've taken over. Our two dogs came home happy, healthy and clean, and it's clear that they were really well looked after. Can't fault Judy's service at all. She even offered to look after our budgie next time we went away although it's not normally a service they provide. Highly recommended!
